What about insurance coverage?
Whether you have great insurance, a high-deductible plan, or no coverage at all — it's not a problem. Our membership covers approximately 80% of your standard healthcare needs. We do recommend keeping your insurance for specialty care, ER visits, hospitalizations, or surgery. Direct Primary Care pairs especially well with high-deductible health plans.
What exactly is membership-based Direct Primary Care?
With DPC, you pay a flat monthly rate that covers most services, with additional ones available at significant discounts. Unlike traditional family practices that manage 2,000+ patients per doctor, we deliberately limit our panel to ensure every member gets personalized, top-notch care — without the wait.
How do I sign up or join the waitlist?
Click any "Book Appointment" button on this page to schedule your first visit or get enrollment information. Our DPC plan has a limited number of spots and may have a waitlist — so the sooner you reach out, the better. Pre-enrollment secures your place in line.
Does Godwin Wellness accept health insurance directly?
No — and that's by design. By stepping away from the insurance model, we can spend more time with each patient rather than chasing approvals and billing. Your insurance still covers labs, imaging, medications, specialist visits, and hospitalizations outside our practice.
Can I join if I have Medicare?
Absolutely — Medicare holders are welcome. The monthly membership fee can't be submitted for Medicare reimbursement (a waiver must be signed), but Medicare and supplemental insurance continue to cover costs outside our practice: prescriptions, hospital charges, physical therapy, x-rays, and more.
What are your hours and how do I reach you after hours?
Our clinic is open Sunday–Thursday 7:00 AM–10:00 PM and Friday–Saturday 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. Members also have access to 24-hour concierge coverage for urgent situations, and can reach our team directly by email at hello@godwinmedicalgroup.com.
